We process your data only to evaluate your application and to communicate with you during the recruitment process. The legal basis is the performance of steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where you give it, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for example to keep your application in our talent pool.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data is only accessed by the people involved in the hiring decision. We use the following service providers to run our application process:

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where this is the case, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We may use software tools, including AI-based tools, to help organize and pre-sort applications. All hiring decisions are made by humans.

We do not sell your data.

If your application is not successful, we delete your data no later than 6 months after the end of the recruitment process. If you agree to be added to our talent pool, we keep your data for up to 12 months. If you are hired, your application data becomes part of your contractor/personnel file.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, email info@media-dreamland.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
